Elken Village

We bought this 9 acre property that adjoins our home and Elken Retreat, bed and breakfast(www.airbnb.com/p/elkenretreat), a few years ago.  We felt it would be something special someday.  We prayed about what God would have us do on the property and feel this is His perfect plan....for us to create a beautiful space that allows people to bring in their own tiny homes and live in a quiet, yet conveniently located space in our small town Canton, Texas with some sweet amenities to enjoy.  

ElKen Village is a small, sweet community of 21 lots for tiny homes owned by tenants .  Village owners will wheel in their own tiny homes/mini mansions, rent the lot from us (year lease), pay electricity and simply enjoy the amenities Elken Village offers! 

Conveniently located off of Interstate 20 in Canton, we feel this will be a great option for this generation to explore and enjoy!

 We are the Faglie Family.…Jason & Jennifer were born and raised in Canton, TX. Jason is a true entrepreneur at heart and visionary using his God given talents as a full time Massage Therapist, fabulous cook for ElKen Retreat and always eager to grow. Jennifer is a TCU alumni with a Bachelor of Business degree with majors in Marketing and Management who works as a full time Office Manager in Canton and is co-owner with Jason of Elken Retreat, an upscale Bed and Breakfast (adjoining Elken Village property). Together, we have realized our love for people and business which led to ElKen Retreat and now, Elken Village! Our kids, Kennedi (20) and Landon & Logan (twins, 17) are very involved in the tasks that make ElKen what it is, as well.
